As well, we maintain professional associations with the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, Institute of Real Estate Management (BC and Canada) as well as other associations for Real Estate and Property Management.

We maintain regular contact with several local businesses and economic development associations’ Chamber of Commerce, Venture Kamloops, Community Futures Development Corporation, Kamloops Central Business Association, and the Canadian Home Builders Association (Kamloops).

  MCM is pleased to announce that they are joining with Kamloops Commercial Properties to create Kamloops’ only full service commercial real estate company, now known soley as MCM Real Estate Ltd.
  
  Ernie Beadle and Larry Good of Kamloops Commercial Properties and Mona and Chris Murray of MCM Real Estate, are bringing their many years of experience in the Kamloops real estate market together to combine their talents, producing results for building owners and tenants.
  
  “We’re looking forward to offering our clients & customers better service than ever before,” says Ernie Beadle. “With Mona’s background in property management and tenant negotiations and Chris’ knowledge of building maintenance and tenant build-outs, our customers will receive unprecedented expertise.”
  
  In fact, MCM Real Estate will now be the first and only Commercial Real Estate firm in Kamloops, confirming that the city is a focal point for investors, developers and new retailers. MCM has formed an association with Franchiselink, a Vancouver firm that specializes in promoting, selling and developing new franchise opportunities for restaurants, food outlets, retail and specialty stores. There are currently several new franchises seeking Owner Operators for Kamloops as well as attractive locations for their businesses.
  
  “Since starting MCM one year ago, the volume of commercial business confirms for us that clients are still attracted to good customer service as well as expertise,” says Mona Murray. “Having Ernie Beadle and Larry Good join together with us will allow us to offer additional support to our clients in terms of leasing and sales for commercial real estate.”
